Community Health

Communities are defined as the places in which people live, work, learn, and play. The health of a community is important to its functionality, enabling
its members to live, work, learn, and play within it.

Aria Health is a caring neighbor, committed to improving the health of its surrounding communities. For this purpose, Aria's reach extends beyond the hospital. Promoting healthy lifestyles, offering preventive care, and engaging the community are central to Aria's commitment.

Through community benefits - programs or activities that provide treatment or promote health as a response to identified community needs - Aria has been able to reach thousands of community members. This outreach has included free health screenings, health education, and healthcare services. In order to offer these community benefits, it is essential to determine the needs of the community through in-depth analysis of community health factors. The needs of the Aria Health communities can be found in our latest Community Health Needs Assessment.
