Jefferson Health — Northeast is a caring neighbor, committed to improving the health of its surrounding communities. For this purpose, our reach extends beyond the hospital. Promoting healthy lifestyles, offering preventive care, and engaging the community are central to our commitment.
Through community benefits (programs or activities that provide treatment or promote health as a response to identified community needs) we have been able to reach thousands of community members. This outreach has included free health screenings, health education, and healthcare services.
