The Department of Health Regulations and the Joint Commission standards deal with organization quality, and safety-of-care issues and the safety of the environment in which your care is provided. You are encouraged to express your concerns to your physician or the members of the health care team. Should you have a complaint about the quality of care or services provided, which you have not been able to resolve with your health care team, you have the right to contact the Patient Relations Coordinator to initiate a formal review.
